About Us:
The Turkish Yearbook of Çanakkale Studies, published since 2003 by the Atatürk and Gallipoli Campaign Research Center, which operates under the Rectorate of Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University, is a peer-reviewed journal published twice a year in April and October and indexed by international indexes.
The Turkish Yearbook of Çanakkale Studies is indexed by international indexes such as the Eurasian Scientific Journal Index (ESJI), Index Islamicus, International Institute of Organized Research (I2OR), Modern Language Association (MLA), and Scientific Indexing Services; and by national indexes such as Acar Index, Academik Dizin, Arastirmax, Sosyal Bilimler Atıf Dizini (SOBIAD), and Türk Eğitim İndeksi. Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ), Ebscohost, Google Scholar, and Articles Bibliography databases, and DOI numbers are assigned to articles accepted for publication.
The journal, which places particular emphasis on scientific articles related to the social, economic, and cultural heritage of the Gallipoli Wars and the city of Gallipoli and its surroundings, accepts scientific research articles that cover the historical process and are relevant to the social/humanities sciences.
